Customers are responsible for complying with safety standards and for providing adequate safeguards for their vehicles to minimize risk and avoid situations in which a malfunction or failure of Product could cause loss of human life, bodily injury or damage to vehicle, property.
5. No oral or written information or advice given by Dhruvv Transnet Pvt. Ltd or its distributors, agents or employees will operate as a warranty or guarantee.
6. In no event shall Dhruvv Transnet Pvt. Ltd, be liable for any direct, special, indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of the use of the product.
7. Product is intended for use in all lead acid battery. Product is neither intended nor warranted for use in equipment or systems that require extraordinarily high levels of quality and/or reliability and/or a malfunction or failure of which may cause loss of human life, bodily injury, serious property damage or serious public impact ("Unintended Use"). If you are considering using the Product in such situation, please contact us in advance.
8. Do not disassemble, analyze, reverse-engineer, alter, modify, translate or copy Product, whether in whole or in part.
9. Customer shall not attempt to repair or resolve any product without the prior consent of Seller. Any attempt by customer to repair or resolve any product without the prior consent of DTPL shall void this warranty. The preceding warranty is not a substitute for maintenance services or other support service by Seller.
10. Dhruvv Transnet Pvt. Ltd makes no representations whatsoever about any other web site which you may access through this one or which may link to this Site.
11. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Dhruvv Transnet Pvt.
